I offer Private Sessions upon request. They can be either live (if you are in Athens) or on-line.

“First Contact”
A free meeting takes place where we talk about your needs, desires and goals and consultation if needed. Then follows a short physical session for me to evaluate your state and for you to see if you like me as your teacher.
A good match is required to continue.

On-line Group Classes

Every Monday @ 19:30 (ATH time)

Classes take place over ZOOM platform and are delivered in English.

Sessions are  Vinyasa Yoga and once/month Asthanga modified Primary Series

Live Group Classes

Every Wednesday @ 18:30 at Nikki’s Petroulaki  Power House Project in Glyfada, Hatha Flow Yoga. *
